A large US airline was looking for more efficient and effective ways to train maintenance teams. The ability to safely practice and learn, without disrupting operations was a challenge, especially without resorting to an unengaging eLearning format.

  1. Created an interactive training module focusing spill containment using Facilitate’s Microsimulation creator.
  2. Additionally, they took a series of 360 degree images to provide life like orientation to various maintenance locations.
  3. They combined these two into a powerful learning experience and deployed this to VR headsets.
  4. This training can now be rolled out across numerous airport locations and training centers.
