What is Facilitate?

Facilitate is a VR creation platform that empowers L&D teams and SMEs to easily create high impact learning experiences. Our no-code simple tools and templates enable learning designers and SMEs to create all types of learning experiences with market-leading flexibility and affordability. What is meant by 'Experience Participants'?

Experience Participants are individual users engaged in sessions within a month. We count each user only once, regardless of how many sessions they attend. This method ensures an accurate count of unique individuals involved in the experiences during the specified timeframe.

Can I use Facilitate without Experience Participants?

Yes! If you wish to just to create experiential content, and deliver it to your clients, there is no need to pay for active users. We recommend signing up to our partner program if you are interested in using Facilitate to create content for clients. Read more info here.

Do I have to purchase a Creator Licence?

No. You only need the creator licence if you with to use the Facilitate Editors to create the interactive simulation content. You are always able to purchase these licenses using your subscription.

Do I need a VR headset to use Facilitate?

No headset? No problem. You can build and preview content directly in your browser. For learner delivery, Facilitate supports headsets like Meta Quest, but they're not required to get started.

Can I build training for my specific industry?

Absolutely. Facilitate is used across energy, manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, education and mining. You can customize scenarios, environments, and workflows to match your unique needs.

Do I need coding or design skills to create training?

Not at all. Facilitate is fully no-code and designed for L&D teams and SMEs. If you can build a PowerPoint, you can build in Facilitate.

Can I invite others to collaborate or review content?

You can invite up to three teammates to join your trial and co-create immersive training experiences together. Share unlimited content through a browser link—team members without an account can view everything you create. Seamless collaboration is at the heart of Facilitate.

What if I need more time or help getting started?
